Why these tools exist
Call sheets, quotes, sunrise times: they come up every week. We made these small things well, free and with nothing to install, so you can use them today.
Each tool does one real job
Tomorrow's shoot needs a call sheet, a client asks for a rough price, an exterior needs magic hour. These come up every week, yet they're too small to justify buying software.
Free, with no usage limits
They work on the Free plan with no limit on how often you use them. Logging in to Grids is only there to keep features like sharing and remote control from being abused.
Your data stays in your browser
Scripts, call sheets and quotes are stored in this device's browser, not on Grids' servers. On another computer you'll need to fill them in again, so save important documents as PDFs.

Need to save documents, share them with your team, and link them to clients and projects?
A quote made with the free tool is printed and done. In studio management, the same quote is saved and numbered. Once the client accepts it online, it becomes a project and a contract, connected to freelancer payments and your income and expenses.
