You can use the official templates, the template marketplace, the digital business card and the inquiry form, with no time limit. To show your best work and receive inquiries, Free is enough.

Pro (NT$ 290 a month, or NT$ 2,900 a year with yearly billing) puts your brand in front of clients: a custom domain, unlimited pages and works, client review pages (password-protected pages), full analytics and A/B testing, advanced plugins, no Made with grids badge, saving your website as your own template, and up to 2 websites. Studio (NT$ 990 a month, or NT$ 9,900 a year) lets a team run its sites together: 10 websites, 5 invited members editing together, and more storage. Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (NT$), tax included.

Business (NT$ 2,490 a month, or NT$ 24,900 a year) includes everything in Studio, plus “Studio management”: clients, a project board, quotes (accepted by the client online), contracts (6 templates, signed online), payment receipts for freelancers (the Taiwanese form for paying freelancers: withholding tax and the supplementary premium for Taiwan's National Health Insurance are calculated for you, and the payee fills in their details and signs online), and income and expenses with profit and loss per project. You also get 10 members, 20 websites, 100 GB of storage, the most AI credits of any plan and priority support. It earns its place once the projects and the people you work with multiply.

Business has no free trial. On any plan, log in and open “Studio management” to see a demo studio filled with sample data. You can open every quote, contract and payment receipt in it, and upgrade once you're sure it fits.

Payees fill them in themselves through a link, and the data is stored encrypted with AES-256. Lists show only masked numbers. Only the studio owner and admins can see the full details, and every view is logged. Regular members cannot see payment receipts or income and expenses.

It is all kept. When the plan ends, studio management becomes read-only: you can still view and print everything and export it as CSV, and you can edit again once you resubscribe. The contract templates and the payment receipt calculations are tools, not legal or tax advice. For official tax filings, rely on a licensed bookkeeper or an accountant in Taiwan.

Yes. Every account can try Pro free for 14 days, with no credit card. Go to “Plans and billing” and click “Start free trial”; it starts right away. When the trial ends, your account goes back to Free and you are not charged. We email you 3 days before it ends. If you upgrade to Pro during the trial, you keep the trial days you have left. During the trial, the AI assistant has 30 AI credits in total.

Yearly billing means you pay for 10 months and use Grids for 12. You can switch a monthly subscription to yearly at any time in “Plans and billing”: the yearly period starts when your current period ends, so you never pay twice, and the monthly automatic payments stop at the same time.

Yes. When you change plans, the days left on your current plan are converted into days on the new plan, in proportion to the two plans' prices. For example, upgrading to Studio with 30 days of Pro left gives you about 9 extra days of Studio; switching to Pro with 20 days of Studio left gives you about 68 extra days of Pro.

You can cancel renewal at any time and keep using the period you have paid for. When it ends, your account goes back to Free: your websites and content stay, but your custom domain and advanced plugins are paused, analytics shows only the last 7 days (the older data is kept, and you can see it again if you upgrade), and Made with grids appears in the footer. Content over the Free limits is not deleted; you just can't add more. We email you 7 days before the plan ends.

On your first purchase of a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment; the plan ends at the same time. Payments older than 7 days and renewals are not refunded pro rata, but you can cancel renewal and use the plan until the end of the current period. To ask for a refund, email [email protected] with your order number.

In “Plans and billing”, enter the code in the “Coupon code” field and click “Apply”. The plan cards then show the discounted prices. Each coupon code has its own eligible plans, billing periods and expiry date. The discount applies to that one payment only; renewals are at the regular price.

Open “Refer friends” in the account menu to get your referral link. A friend who signs up through it pays the regular price for their first payment and gets 1 extra month on that first period (pay for 1 month and use 2 with monthly billing, or pay for 1 year and use 13 months with yearly billing), then renews at the regular price. Once your friend's payment is 7 days old and has not been refunded, you get 1 month of Pro (or 1 more month if you are already on a paid plan), up to 12 months in any 12-month period. The Made with grids badge in the footer of Free websites also carries your referral code.

Yes, Taiwan electronic uniform invoices (e-invoices). At checkout you can choose a two-part invoice for individuals (you can add your mobile barcode carrier, Taiwan's phone-based e-invoice storage) or a three-part invoice for companies (enter your company's 8-digit Unified Business Number and name). The e-invoice is sent to your email address.
