How to use the editor

Blocks, the settings panel and site-wide settings

About 6 min5 steps
  1. Three areas

On the left: site-wide settings and the block library. In the middle: your website. On the right: the settings of the selected block.

  2. Blocks

A website is a stack of blocks, top to bottom. Select a block and use the toolbar at its top right to drag it, move it up or down, duplicate or delete it. The + on a block's bottom edge inserts a new block at that spot.

  3. Site-wide settings

“Basic settings” at the top left changes the main color, light or dark mode, fonts and corner radius for the whole site at once. “Navigation & footer” changes the menu, the button in the top right and your social links.

  4. Adjust each block on its own

At the bottom of the right panel, “Design” gives one block its own light or dark mode or spacing, and “Visibility” hides it on mobile or on desktop.

  5. Undo

Made a mistake? Click Undo at the top (⌘Z). To start a page over, use “Use template” to replace it with another template's layout.
